1. Search for the iCloud Passwords add-on in the Edge Add-ons store or use this link.
2. Click the blue Find button on the iCloud Passwords extension page.
3. Select the Add Extension button to confirm your selection.

Why you need to use iCloud passwords in third-party browsers

There’s no need to start using Chrome or Edge if you’re completely happy with Safari. Other than that, it is a great desktop browser with a combination of saved passwords. However, if you’re a Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge user who wants to use your iCloud passwords in your third-party browser, you can do so with macOS Sonoma. Since iCloud password keychain is a free and safe way to save your login information, it is good that this feature finally came to Mac.
